We added a new furry member to our family! Everyone, meet Moose!
The City Market runs from April-December, so I’ve been shopping solely at the grocery store. This girl can’t wait until it opens for the 2014 season April 5th! Buy local, eat fresh!
The Lt. and I drove to Orange for the annual Shabby Love Barn sale. It was a DIYer’s dream! So much repurposed furniture, salvaged wood and burlap for days!
We just can’t get enough of Annapolis this time of year! It’s so beautiful, we have such great friends who open their gorgeous homes, and every visit to USNA makes you feel like you’re part of this amazing club. Not to mention, the city is full of history outside of the Academy walls. We went up to visit Greg’s sponsor family, Dave and Sue, who are maybe the nicest, most welcoming couple you will ever meet. Their Springer Spaniel, Tina, was a great host to Myles too!
These two were elated, trust me.
We were able to attend the final Plebe parade of the summer. I’m so glad we were able to experience it!
Oh, I happened to stumble into Hobo’s flagship store where I snagged a lovely clutch for 60% off. Boom.
My baby sister Cathy is embarking on this thing called “adulthood”. Tear. I remember praying for a baby sister not knowing that I would get one! She came into our lives a month early weighing four pounds, ten ounces. She was so tiny that we brought her home in a Cabbage Patch outfit! She’s still little but stands strong in her morals and ethics and I couldn’t be more proud. Cathy will be playing Lacrosse at Oglethorpe University. I’m super excited to see her play since I missed seeing her play while at Parkview. The last time I was home, I took a stab at her senior pictures. Here are a few of my faves.
Watch out world, Courtney’s senior moments will be here before we know it! Le sigh.
