Two weeks ago, we were fortunate enough to be part of Wisdom Oak Winery‘s (W.O.W.) first Winemaker’s Dinner. From beginning to end, it was an experience that satisfied both the visual and physical appetite! Each course was prepped by the head chef, Dean Maupin from C & O Restaurant and paired with a wine from the vineyard.
